Whilst most music reviews originate in an office building, after only a couple of listens, I live and breathe the music I review. Immersed in online fangirling groups, I see and feel the impacts that music has on my myself and my friends. 

I am not an outside observer writing about people enjoying an artist, I am at the barricade jumping up and down to the lyrics, I'm staying up until midnight to hear songs as soon as they come out and running to 'genius' to analyse the meaning behind every word. 

I can't tell you how many times I've cried over songs, whether in my bedroom or at a concert. It is the deep connection to this art that makes these reviews stand out.
